News: Two Factor Authentication for Portal Access

We are pleased to introduce two new Portal features that allow users to secure their Idaq Portal accounts. Access to the portal and services can be restricted using IP address and network restrictions, as well as two-factor authentication.


IP or Network Restrictions

It is recommended that all users restrict access to their accounts using IP or network restrictions where they have a statically assigned IP address from their broadband provider, VPN provider or work network.


2FA - Two Factor Authentication

We recommend that all users enable two-factor authentication. 2FA provides an additional layer of security when logging into your account. We currently support the Google Authenticator App and a number of other apps that are listed during setup. Once the Google Authenticator App is installed on your device setup is very easy with a QR code generated automatically in the Portal.
