At the top of every page of our website is a red Live Chat button. Click this button and you will be connected to a member of our staff who will be able to answer most queries instantly. After each chat session you will be able to have a copy of the chat emailed to you which will save you making notes.
Our online support portal contains masses of useful information and you can find the answers to most questions there. Each time we are asked a question and the answer is not on the support portal we will add it to make the information available to any other customer who may need it. Our support portal has a frequently asked question section, document downloads, a knowledgebase and you can also raise support tickets online.
Many customers prefer to email questions to us, when we receive an email we automatically create a support ticket and assign a reference number to your enquiry. All emails received will have a response within 4 working hours, usually within minutes. You will receive all replies by email and you can also login to our Support Portal and view all current and previous emails you have sent to us or received from us.
If you do not have email access you can visit our Support Portal and submit a ticket online. In order to filter unwanted email you must submit your first request via the support portal in order to register your address, once registered you will be able to email us using your local mail client.
